We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
We will accept returns on items within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:
- Items are not used
- Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier
- On International orders, all applicable duties/ taxes have been paid
Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of the returned item.

If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item that works better for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.
